"Space Needle" and "Have No Heart" are dark. "Space Needle" leaves you with a feeling of complete hopelessness ~ almost sounds like a Klonopin era song.

Definitely "Space Needle," and it's an awesome song lyrically.

Space Needle... the 5 minute or a bit longer demo of Doing The Best That I Can...

Mirror, Mirror (the b-side version is darker to me...)

Sisters Of The Moon, Gold Dust Woman, Soldier's Angel....

Call me weird but I think that Joan Of Arc is kind of dark too.. especially that slower more raw demo...

The Tower demo is lyrically dark. As far as instrumentation goes, I'd also go with Space Needle. I would have probably said Doing the Best That I Can except I've heard it for so long....its one of my top 10 favs.

I was going to say Have No Heart.  It's not just the lyrics, but the whole atmosphere of the demo too. Heartbreaking.

Can't  call you weird, Gemini,  but I think that Joan Of Arc is kind of dark too  Thumbs Up
also forest of the black roses , God's garden & touched by an angel (more sad than dark ) of course I agree with the consensus of Space needle  Thumbs Up

LOVE Joan of Arc ... was just listening to it yesterday on the plane. Wish she would do a finished version of that on an upcoming release.

Laugh Laugh Laugh

Too funny... I think she wrote that song in her darkest hour... on Klonopin...
