basically .20 on blood test, Hate to be a jerk here, but he got what he deserved. I feel for the passenger, but the asshole behind the wheel, not at all. And before people want to say how heartless I am, I lost my wife to a drunk so dont tell me what a loss he was to society.

Dude, how can you wish death on anybody. You might as well go to the Westboro Baptist Church, an extremist group known for picketing the funerals of U.S. soldiers who died in Iraq, who plan to picket "any public memorial/funeral held for Ryan Dunn. Westboro said the protest is to warn people not to mock sin and to fear and obey God. My daughter was killed by a drunk driver. I KNOW your pain. Any life is a loss to society. lohan, gibson, paris, howard hughes, vince neil, brett micheals. All of these have had numerous DWI's, the last 3 even killed others while under the influence. hell, LL just got outa jail time today due to a technicality. She failed drug/alch. tests recenly. And this is a small sampleing. So get real.

yes my sig does say it all. I will never condone drunk driving. He was a idiot and sadly he took another with him. As far as the idiots in that church, I have nothing good to say about any of those aholes either. I dont go to funerals to protest a soldiers death, to relate what I said to that is foolish, especially if you knew my background. A soldier who has given his life for this country deserves everyones respect, and gratitude. A moron who makes a name for himself by being a moron, gets none.

Never respected any of these people either, all morons for putting people at risk and all these morons have no excuse, they have money, a entourage and a limo at there disposal. but I guess this is what it all falls down to in so many peoples minds, "oh, they had it so tuff, Lohan should be in prison, she has violated her probation so many times, even under house arrest, she still has her parties and a judge had to say she cant have those anymore. This is pathetic. I dont care if a person drinks, its legal, I dont care if you smoke dope, thats your choice, dont be stupid and drive after, I will not have pity on you.

I don't havta worry bout drinkin. Been alcohol free since Oct. 19, 1993. It just goes back to the mighty$$$. OJ got away with coldblooded murder right in front of our eyes. But would you feel the same if one of your kids was at the wheel?? Could you practice what you preach??

In all honesty if he was my son, I would be sad and grieve at the loss but have a great sense of disappointment in his choices that lead to his death. His choices to drive under the influence and even more to go 132 mph ... essentially murdered his friend. He's gone and doesn't have to life with that. His parents and his friend's parents do. Answer the question from both sides ... how would you feel if it was your child behind the wheel? and then how would you feel if your child was the passenger? Luckily the accident only involved their car. What if they had stuck another vehicle, a pedestrian or a small child on a bicycle?
I'll smoke a cock, fuck it.
Fighting on Twitter/Facebook? Seriously? What happened to just cutting a bitch in person?

yes OJ did get away with murder, no argument there and if "my kid" was behind the wheel, I would break there neck myself, but I guess I will never know on this. My children know what happened to my first wife and how firmly set I am on drinking and driving. I said from the start I am very cold blooded in this. If your child was behind the wheel, well, I can only hope he took no one with him. As to how far my belief goes and how firm my feet are, I have a family member in Florence federal pen, thats in Arizona. His girlfriend was killed very violently in the accident, he survived. Last words to him from me, shame it was not him. Her family was destroyed, kids from their school were devastated. Yet he lived. No, I will never feel for the moron, only for the victims left behind. I am sorry to hear of your loss, if He was not at fault, my heart will go out for you, if he was, I just feel for you as another victim of it.

since this has become a discussion on drinking and driving i have to agree that it's not a good thing and shouldn't be done. but as for the passenger. i don't feel he was an innocent victim. i'm sure he was drunk too. they were both filmed drinking before the accident. anyone who gets in a vehicle with someone who has been drinking is taking their own lives into their hands. the only helpless victims are others in other cars or pedestrians or children or those who have passed out and don't know any better. if you look at the JACKASS movies you see the steady decline in ryan's demeanor from the first one to the latest. he had a death wish. i was only sad because of that. i can't speak of who should die or who should not.
