Her name is Adrianne Palicki. She's been in Smallville once as Terra, She also played Siren in the Aquaman pilot which never got turned into a series. She was the pregnant girl in the movie Legion. She is probably most famous for Friday Night Lights.

P.S. They changed the pants so they are not soo shiny. However, I still do not like the costume. She looks like a plastic blowup sex toy in my opinion.

me likey! lynda carter is an icon to a lot of people of my generation. but i didn't watch tv back then cuz i thought most of those shows were silly. lynda was a bit too miss america for me and those bloomers i wasn't feelin at all but this woman is hot and i love the uniform!

That's not the final costume. The pants are indeed non-shiny now and the boots are now red. They also announced that this is just one VERSION that she'll wear, the other being the hot pant we all know and love. They tried to create a hybrid between the classic costume and the current costume in the comics.

 Hah too funny... that outfit was made for Lynda Carter to wear and she shimmered in it onscreen. You will never see me in something like that, although it is quite sexy.

lynda was just on THE TALK yesterday and they asked her about the new costume. she said something about how they updated the look cuz of fashion with leggings and skinny jeans being so popular. she eluded she may be in the movie. but to me the costume when it's shot from a good angle. the new one i mean looks more superhero male/female inclusive and for her to say it's more fashion makes it sound outdated. her costume today would be outdated and odd on almost anyone.

 I don't think so. It looks a hell of a lot better than anything they're coming up with.

doesn't matter ... NBC passed on the pilot. It will most likely air someday down the road as a "movie" like the god awful Cathy Lee Crosby Wonder Woman pilot ... but there won't be a series unless another network jumps on it.
